Lincoln Hills offers everything you would expect from a
Del Webb community and more. This Sun City is a true "country club"
environment. There is simply nothing comparable to it in all of northern
California.
Built on over 2300 acres at the base of the Sierra Foothills, Lincoln Hills
boasts two eighteen hole championship golf courses. There is no
initiation fee to join these golf courses; you are a member simply by
owing a home in Lincoln Hills. There are several miles of dedicated
walking trails meandering thru the community in and around beautiful
nature preserve areas. A stocked bass pond aptly named Anglers Cove is
nestled in the heart of the community.
For the sports enthusiast, the sky is the limit. There are two
fitness centers to choose from, as well as two indoor swimming
pools and two outdoor pools. |
The community is proud to have two recreational
facilities for residents, the Orchard Creek Lodge and the Kilaga Springs
Lodge. Between the two buildings, they comprise nearly 100,000 square
feet. Both are state of the art facilities with such amenities as a
restaurant and bar, wellness day spa, the grand ballroom, billiards
room, ceramics room, computer room, library as well as many different
club meeting rooms. Currently, Lincoln Hills is home to more than forty
different clubs and groups. You name it -- from Canasta to Tap Dancing
there is something for everyone to do here.
The Sports Plaza offers eleven tennis courts an incredible regulation
softball field with stadium seating and an electronic scoreboard. Senior
softball is incredibly popular at Lincoln Hills; there are eight active
teams in the community. There are bocce courts, half basketball courts
and a grandchildren's play lot. There are also horseshoe pits and
volleyball located in the outdoor complex. |

There are two major grocery centers adjacent to the community accessible
to residents by golf cart. Ten minutes away lies Wal Mart, Costco,
Nordstrom, Sears, Macys and the Galleria mall with nearly one hundred
stores. Two large movie theaters are located near the Galleria as well.
You will find medical and dental facilities near the community as well
as state of the art Sutter Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente
Hospital. Public transportation is available every hour on the hour in
the community.Conveniently located between The San Francisco Bay area and Lake Tahoe,
there are many places that are an easy day trip from Lincoln Hills.
Yosemite and the Napa Valley are an easy drive to get to. The Sacramento
International Airport is thirty minutes from your door. |
As you can see, Lincoln Hills is truly an impressive place to live. If
